In the community
Civic and cross-sector work
Ron Dimon runs Spark Labs. He helped build enterprise performance management at Hyperion, Anaplan and Deloitte, and now helps leaders, founders and communities decide together. About Ron Helping people who do not report to anyone in common see one system, and still decide something together. Most of this work is board and volunteer work in Santa Fe.
What we do
Cross-sector convening
Bringing cities, nonprofits, foundations and funders into one conversation about one system.
Priority-alignment and network maps
Where state, county and city priorities already line up, and who is connected to whom.
Civic-discourse design
Public series and meetups designed so people who disagree can still look at the same picture.
How it runs
Every engagement runs the same three steps: map the system so everyone sees the same picture, convene the people who own it, and commit to a one-page plan with owners and dates.
Who it is for
Cities, nonprofits, foundations, economic-development bodies and community boards.
